Be the 1st 100 couples to successfully conceive after you pledge from 1 September 2011 to 31 August 2012 and Abbott Nutrition will mark this happy occasion by rewarding you with S$300 worth of either Similac® Mum (for pregnant and breast-feeding mums) or Similac® Follow-On (for babies after 6 months) milk powder. The ILC Parenthood Pledge is applicable to couples who are not expecting their child currently, and at least one of you has to be a Singapore Citizen.
Only one redemption allowed per pledge, per couple.
Parenthood pledge forms submitted must be dated 01 September 2011 to 31 August 2012. Any other pledge form submitted will not be valid.
Each eligible couple may only select 1 product, either Similac Mum or Similac Follow-On. No mixing of product type will be entertained. Number of cans of milk powder given will be worth S$300, price per can will be taken at the time of collection.
Similac Follow-On can only be collected when your baby is after 6 months of age (this is according to SIFECS Code of Ethic s regulation). To collect your prize, please email your baby's birth certificate to pledge@ilovechildren.org when your baby is after 6 months of age.
All products are not transferable nor exchangeable for cash.
Upon conception, please submit the following documents before your due date,
or latest by 31 August 2012 - whichever is earlier, to I Love Children for verification. You may scan and email your required documents to pledge@ilovechildren.org
1) pledge form
2) marriage certificate, and
3) proof on a single document from a certified Obstetrician & Gynaecologist stating your name, identity card number, and your baby's estimated delivery date (EDD).
We reserve the right to refuse any application without assigning any reason whatsoever and to amend, add or vary any of the terms and conditions of the promotion.
